Before booking your trip with Danphe Adventure Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd., we highly recommend you to go through all the Terms and Conditions carefully. These bind the client and the company on a legal contractual agreement which begins from the date you choose to reserve a trip with us. We understand that you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the company and will be held liable if you choose to book a trip with us. The services rendered by the client from Danphe Adventure Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd., will be as per the statements the Terms and Conditions set out.
Note: The term ” Trip” used in the company website and booking conditions refer to the itineraries of tours, treks, sightseeing, hiking, climbing, mountaineering, expedition, or holidays unless stated otherwise.
1. The Contract
Danphe Adventure Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd (hereinafter referred as ‘’The Company’’), Registered Company Number 199217/075/076. We encourage you while you booking any trips with us, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as well cancellation policy and certain limitations of liability.
2. Booking Conditions
Once a client agrees to the Terms and Conditions and submits their details, s/he will receive a confirmation and invoice of the booking via e-mail or any other method stated by the client.
All the bookings are non-refundable and require a minimum of a (25%) down payment of the total price at the end of the booking procedure. You can pay the remaining amount upon your arrival in Kathmandu and before the trip departure.

Please note that we are not liable of any delay or loss during the transfer procrss. If in case due to use of mediator bank or any other reasons if the money received by us is less than the amount sent, you are requested upon arrival to pay accordingly so that the total is equivalent to the product cost.
E-mail us the bank reference number or remittance slips you initiate the transfer. Sometimes bank forwards the money with different name; if we have reference number/remittance slips and sander details, it will be easy for us to check.
3. Final payment
Final payment on trekking, tours, climbing, expedition or any kind of trips in Nepal can be made upon arrive in Nepal. Final payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard). There is 4% surcharge when the payment is made by cards (this applies to all payments; deposits, final balances, trip extension and miscellaneous purchases.
Regarding trips in Bhutan and Tibet; final payment should be made 30 days prior to the trip start date.
4. Cancellation by the Client:
Any cancellation by a Client must be made in writing and acknowledged the company. The date on which the request to cancel is received by the Company or its Agents will determine the cancellation charge applicable.
If you cancel the trip 7 days or more before departure 10% of the deposit amount will not be refunded.
If you cancel the trip less than 6 days before departure 100% of cost of services booked.
The Client is strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of making the booking.
Please note that no refunds will be made if you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. No refunds will made for any accommodation, transport, seightseeing, meals or services not utilized.
5. Cancellation by Company:
Moreover, we hold the right to cancel any trip in causes of unforeseen events such as natural disaster. We will offer you treks of similar nature or price ranges in such situations as per the compliance of the client. If the client wants to cancel the trek the, the company will deduct the required expense cost and shall refund the remaining amount.
6. Traveling With Children
We also make it perfectly clear that clients traveling with children (from 2 years old to 11 years old) are responsible for the children themselves. Free accommodation stays for children mean sharing existing beds in the room. Contact us if other changes have to be made.
7. Special Requests
In the case of special requests, please inform us while booking. We will reach the concerned parties that are involved in your requests such as airlines and hotels. We will put our utmost efforts to make sure that your requests are addressed appropriately.
8. Local Purchase
We state that we will not be held responsible for the quality of products that you purchase at the local markets. We also cannot provide any services for the charges levied upon import duty or freight.
You must carry a valid passport with at least 6 months from your return date. Nepal visa is available on arrival in Nepal. For Tibet & Bhutan, We make necessary arrangements upon request.
10. Unavoidable Circumstances
The Himalayas host unpredictable climate and we will not be held responsible for any alterations or cancellation of any trips due to such conditions. Furthermore, civil war, industrial disputes, natural disaster, bad weather conditions, and terrorist activities, which are beyond the control of the company, can also alter the availability and accessibility of the trips. We will inform you of such situations as soon as possible and will not be held responsible for the alterations on the trip.
We will not be responsible for the injuries, damages, and losses to a client caused by diseases, national laws, strikes, civil war, terrorist activities, and such reasons beyond the control of the company.
The information available on the website of the company is subject to change and we hold the right to correct, update, or alter the information prior to any notice.
Danphe Adventure Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for disruption or deferral caused by any client during a trip. We and the trip leader hold the right to take necessary actions if such situations do arise while on a trip. Similarly, we will not be held responsible for injuries, damages, or losses during the trip activities like trekking, rafting, kayaking, cycling, etc. We reserve the right to alter or halt the trip as necessary on the occurrence of such situations. We encourage you to inform us of any of your health issues and state that the participants of the trip themselves are responsible to analyze their condition and practice healthy travel. Please note that the client is responsible to arrange proper exit/ re-entry documents, the validity of the passport, and visa for the nation of their visit on a trip.

In case a client fails to produce the legal documents as stated by the Government of Nepal, we will not be responsible for the actions that follow thereafter. The client will have to reimburse the fines or financial penalty imposed upon us due to the failure of a client to adhere to the laws of Nepal. We also recommend that you consult your doctor before visiting Nepal.
It is mandatory for a client to have personal travel insurance prior to the departure date of any trip. A medical insurance covering emergency medical care and immediate evacuation is also a must and should be presented if asked to do so. Failing to produce the document can restrain you from participating on a trip.
We serve to provide you with excellent services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, please reach us. On such conditions, your complaints must reach Danphe Adventure Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. within 10 days after your departure; else they shall not be valid.
