What are the physical requirements for Gokyo lake Trek?

Gokyo lake Trek requires you to trek at an altitude of a maximum of 5360m and up to 5- 8 hours per day, with a small 5-7kg bag. We recommended you to train with long hikes and/or a sport of your choice (e.g. jogging).
